4U Insurance (“4U,” “we,” “us”) is an independent insurance agency operated by Bruno Fontoura, a licensed insurance agent based in Eagle Mountain, Utah (Utah License #1080805, NPN 1080805). This policy explains what information we collect through 4uinsurance.us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a life insurance quote, we collect your name, phone number, email address, age, and whether you use tobacco or nicotine. If you call, text, or email us, we keep the details you share.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider (WordPress.com / Jetpack) records basic technical data such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location, and may use cookies to keep the site working and measure traffic.
How we use your information
- To prepare and send you insurance quotes you asked for.
- To contact you by phone, text, or email about your request and related insurance products, when you have given consent.
- To help you apply for or enroll in coverage you choose.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping requirements that apply to licensed insurance agents.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to serve you: with insurance carriers and quoting or enrollment platforms to obtain quotes and process applications you request; with service providers that host our website and email; and when required by law or a regulator.
Calls and text messages
If you check the consent box on our quote form, you agree that 4U Insurance may contact you at the number provided by call or text, which may use automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop calling at any time. Mobile numbers and text opt-in consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Health insurance enrollment through HealthSherpa
Our “Compare health plans” buttons take you to HealthSherpa, a private, third-party enrollment platform. Information you enter there is collected and handled by HealthSherpa under its own privacy policy, not this one.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal recordkeeping requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing font@4uinsurance.us or calling (702) 208-3453. Some records may need to be kept to comply with insurance regulations.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
